Why do EC30 Swatches have PVOH?

PVOH is used in EC30 to create the solid swatch form, and is generally not considered to be a microplastic since it completely dissolves and is biologically degradable. Polyvinyl alcohols are commonly used and are present in many areas of everyday life, including paper finishing, textile manufacture, and as stabilizers approved for use in food.
Do you offer an unscented Try It All Kit?

We do not currently offer an unscented Try It All Kit, but we're open to the idea.
Why is conditioner not included in the kit?

Fewer customers use conditioner samples, so we stopped including them in our Try-It-All Kit for sustainability reasons. We have a money-back guarantee on all our products, including the EC30 conditioner. If you purchase our full-size conditioner and do not love it, you can return it for free.
Is EC30 Toilet Cleaner safe for a traditional septic system?

Yes. When used as directed, the EC30 product is not expected to have an impact on a properly functioning septic system. No environmental safety concerns are anticipated.
